Walt Digz, the best DJ for Cuban dance music in the San Francisco Bay Area, put together a Bay Area all-star Timba band and calls it Team Bahia.  Kevin and I missed their first gig, but we promised ourselves and Walt Digz that we would not miss the next one.

So after hearing the first set of Issac Delgado doing the music of Nat King Cole at Yoshi's in Oakland, we walked two blocks to Club Anton and caught Team Bahia.  This band is the real deal, playing covers of many of the best timba songs, sounding fantastic.  Most of Issac Delgado's band showed up for the second set and sat in on a couple of songs, which made the evening even more special.
