2023 SAN JOSÉ JAZZ SUMMERFEST

The highlight of Saturday San José Summerfest was Cimafunk who performed twice -  on the main stage and ended the evening on the Hip Hop Stage..He and his band gave two exciting performances presenting a Cuban version of James Brown type funk.

HIP HOP STAGE PERFORMANCE

Cimafunk took it to another level in their evening performance at the Hip Hop Stage.  The sound people had difficultiy getting the sound right taking over an hour.  The crowd got impatient and started complaining about the delay.  But as soon as the band started playing, Cimafunk had the crowd dancing and enjoying themselves.

The band ended the concert by inviting ladies from the audience to come on the stage and dance with Cimafunk.  The stage was full of ladies dancing.  

There weere many great perforamces that day, but none of them created the excitement and energy like Cimafunk.
