San Francisco Bay Area's premier son group, Pellejo Seco played at Brava Theatre, San Francisco on December 20, 2008. Part of the proceeds of this event will go to assist hurricane victims in Cuba. Pellejo Seco has an excellent new CD "Despierta".

They will be performing at the Cigar Bar and Grill in San Francisco on January 2, 2009 at 9:00 p.m. and at Yoshi's in Oakland on January 7, 2009 at 8:00 p.m.

This band does almost exclusively original material mostly written and arranged by Ivan Camblor and Livan Montoya.
