English:  The nominees for the 61st Annual GRAMMY® awards have been announced, and we wish to congratulate the Cuban and Cuba-American  nominees for this edition (we do not see Cubans living in additional countries this year):

Orquesta Akokán by Orquesta Akokán (Daptone 2018) 

Big band retro Mambo.   Daptone is not a Cuban label but  this was recorded in Estudios Areito with Cuban musicians. 

Mambo retro a la banda grande.  Daptone no es disquera cubana, pero el álbum se grabó en Estudios Areito con músicos en Cuba.
