Cuba based rap duo, Zona Franka, blends traditional rhythms with the grit and swagger of hip-hop and rap vocal phrasings. Their clever shout choruses create instant tropical dance classics using their unique self-titled "changui con flow" style.

notes: This type of Arsenio song had a large influence on timba. The lyrics have been paraphrased in many timba songs and the bass tumbao marks both the 2-side and the 3-side in ways that became extremely common when the rest of the world finally caught up with Arsenio. Finally, the bass part is so close to the coro that it even hints at the "motivo" gear that we'll be studying in Volume II.
