OK so there are many rumors flying…and everyone highly anticipating the return of Cuban TIMBA to the US. First we are witnessing a tremendous response to the Septeto Nacional tours. Then rumors that Danny Lozada is returning to the US and his concert in Yoshi’s California is confirmed. Now these mysterious flyers: http://www.timba.com/blog_posts/has-the-new-tim… have surfaced. I don’t know if it’s begun, but if one band has a successful tour, I predict the others will jump into the fray en masse. |

Los Van Van have the following confirmed dates: Jan 28 in Key West (location unspecified), Jan 31 at the James L. Knight Center in Miami,and the 4th of Feb in Puerto Rico at the Jose Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in Hato Rey. |

yeah they are busy busy busy this year, and i like that very much ^^ in Europe we will have chance to see them in Wiena (13.3.) and in Munich (21.3.), cant wait :-) |
